- Registration of Authors submitting extended abstracts is due by Sept 16, 2024.
- One registration can cover one paper. Each accepted paper must be covered by at least one registration.
- Consumption tax (10%) is included in the fees above.
- Days and times showing this website is based on JST/UTC+0900
- Banquet can be added after you make a symposium registration.

Invoice and Receipt
Invoices and receipts can be generated from your registration account.
Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellations must be made in writing to the secretariat (coufrac2024@ec-mice.com). The following cancellation fees will apply, based on the date when the office receives your cancellation notification. "No Shows" are not eligible for a refund. We regret that we cannot offer refunds for "No Shows onsite or online"; however, substitute attendees are welcome.

Cancellation of the program because of force majeure, including an Act of God, will be eligible for a full refund.
Invitation Letters for Visa Application
If you need an invitation letter in order to apply for a visa to enter Japan, you MUST complete your registration with payment to this conference. Then, please contact the secretariat with your registration ID. You will be given an application form for the invitation letter which you should fill in and submit to the secretariat. After you submit the form, you will receive the invitation letter by international mail service in 1-2 weeks. The procedure is subject to change according to the Japanese Government's policy
